Why SkynPen exists
SkynPen did not start with a business idea. It started with a mirror.
Not because I hated what I saw. But because I started paying closer attention. My face had changed. And for the most part, I was at peace with what I saw. But I also started noticing things I had not thought much about before. Lines along my nose and cheeks. Small shifts in texture.

The device
What is SkynPen?
A cordless, handheld microneedling pen designed for home use. It creates precise vertical micro-channels in the upper layers of skin using single-use sterile cartridges. The depth is adjustable via a dial on the device. It is not a derma roller – the needle geometry and motion are different.
How is SkynPen different from a derma roller?
A derma roller enters the skin at a 45° angle and exits at a different angle, which creates a tearing motion. SkynPen strikes vertically at 90° and withdraws cleanly. The difference matters for how the skin responds and how evenly the treatment covers each zone.
What cartridges are included?
Every SkynPen comes with 2 Round Nano cartridges, individually sealed, and the Your First Session guide (PDF). Additional cartridges are sold separately in 10-packs, in eight variants: Round Nano, 3×3 Nano, 5×5 Nano, 9-Pin, 12-Pin, 24-Pin, 36-Pin and 42-Pin. Each is single-use and sterile.
Using the device
How deep should I set the device?
For home use, we recommend 0.25–0.5mm. Depth should be chosen based on the zone you are treating. Thin, bony areas like the forehead call for a shallower setting. Fleshier areas like the cheeks can handle the fuller range. Your User Guide has a full zone-by-zone reference.
How often should I use SkynPen?
Start at 0.25 mm and speed 2, once a week, and only when your skin has fully calmed down. If your skin is slow to settle, once a month. Never more than once a week. At 0.5 mm, go less often, every few weeks. Using it more often does not speed up results; it disrupts the repair process.
Can I use SkynPen around my eyes?
The eye area requires care. Never treat within the orbital rim – the bony ridge around the eye socket. If treating nearby areas, use a Nano cartridge at low speed and shallow depth only.
What should I do after a session?
Apply a gentle, alcohol-free product such as hyaluronic acid immediately after. For the first 24–48 hours: skip makeup, avoid saunas, pools, and direct sun. For at least one week: skip retinoids, AHA/BHA acids, and exfoliating products. Always wear SPF the day after a session.
Can I use numbing cream before a session?
Yes, but it must be completely removed before you begin. Residue left on skin during treatment carries a safety risk. Wipe away all excess, then cleanse with a gentle antiseptic and let the skin dry fully before starting.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 90-day results guarantee from the day you receive your order. Complete 4 sessions within 90 days. If your skin does not visibly change in texture, pore size or overall tone, email support@skynpen.com within 90 days. Send the device back with its accessories (return shipping at your cost) and we refund you in full within 10 business days of receiving it. Replacement cartridges cannot be returned once the hygiene seal is broken. Please contact us before sending anything back.
I am in the EU – what are my rights?
EU customers have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be in its original, unused condition. Opened sterile cartridges are excluded from this right for hygiene reasons, as permitted under EU consumer protection law.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@skynpen.com.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
