Device Setup – Step by Step

1. Disinfect the Cartridge (Before Use)

Always disinfect the needle cartridge before each use to ensure a safe and hygienic treatment.
Use 70%+ isopropyl alcohol and a clean container.
Let the cartridge soak for a few minutes or spray the needle head and let it air-dry completely.

2. Insert the Needle Cartridge

Carefully take a sterile cartridge out of the packaging. Align the cartridge’s round slots with the machine’s connector slots and push it in horizontally until it clicks. Lock it in place by turning it counter-clockwise.

3. Adjust the Needle Length

Use the adjustment ring on the device:
Turn clockwise to increase needle length
Turn counter-clockwise to decrease it
Make sure the device is powered on before adjusting the depth.

4. Set the Speed & Power On

Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to switch the device on or off.
It will start at the lowest speed and gradually increase with each short press.
💡 The faster the indicator light blinks, the higher the speed level (1–5).

5. Remove the Cartridge (if needed)

To remove the cartridge, twist it clockwise and pull it out horizontally while pressing the release points.

Note: Cartridges with fewer needles (9–12 pins) provide deeper penetration, which is beneficial for treating acne scars and deep wrinkles.

Note: Cartridges with more needles (24–42 pins) cover a larger surface but work more superficially, making them suitable for overall texture improvement and stretch mark treatment.

  1. Avoid active ingredients (retinoids, acids) for 48 hours before use.
  2. Keep your skin clean and hydrated.
  3. Avoid sun exposure and tanning beds.
  4. Cleanse your face thoroughly before treatment.
  5. Apply numbing cream if needed.

Using Your SkynPen™

  1. Attach a sterile cartridge.
  2. Adjust needle depth depending on the treated area.
  3. Start at low speed.
  4. Glide over skin gently in vertical, horizontal, and diagonal passes.
  5. Treat each area once without excessive pressure.

After Your Session:

  1. Expect redness and mild sensitivity for 24-–48 hours.
  2. Avoid active skincare products for 48 hours post-treatment.
  3. Keep your skin moisturized and protected with SPF 30+.
  4. No makeup, intense workouts, or hot showers for 24h.
